Genidino Arena: stages 1–20 with the Warrior are free. The full version opens stages 21–100, the Hunter, the Mage and the Shaman, every Big Boss and all question types.

Genidino Kingdom: colosseum runs 1–3, buildings up to level 2, the Warrior and one pet are free. The full version opens the other runs and bosses, higher building levels, the other three heroes and more pets.

It is one payment per game. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy.

Arena: tap Full version on the main screen, or go to Settings → Full version → Unlock or restore. Kingdom: open the Town Hall → Full version. A grown-up answers the parent gate, then the App Store or Google Play shows the price and asks you to confirm.

This happens with Apple's Ask to Buy, Google Play family approvals and some slower payment methods. The full version opens by itself once the store confirms the payment. You don't need to buy again.

Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play refunds.

1. Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
2. Install the game and open it. It usually unlocks by itself on start.
3. If not: Arena, go to Settings → Full version → Unlock or restore → Restore purchase. Kingdom, go to Town Hall → Full version → Restore purchase.
4. Answer the parent gate. You won't be charged again.

Check that the device is online and signed in to the same store account that bought the game. The purchase is tied to that account, not to the device. If it still doesn't work, email us with the store's receipt or order number and we'll help.

App Store: yes. The full version supports Apple Family Sharing, so up to six family members can use it. On another family member's device, open the game and tap Restore purchase.

Google Play: Google's Family Library does not include in-app purchases. Each Google account needs its own purchase, but every device signed in to the same Google account can restore it.

App Store: open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code and enter the code. If you got a link, just open it on the device.

Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Redeem code.

Then open the game. It picks up the code on start or when you switch back to it. If it doesn't, tap Restore purchase.

Before anyone can buy, restore a purchase or open a link outside the game (and, in Arena, reset progress), the game shows a question written in words, such as a number to type in digits or two numbers to multiply. It is easy for an adult and hard for a young child. It changes every time, so it can't be memorised.

After three wrong answers the card closes (in Arena it locks for 30 seconds). Nothing is lost. Just try again with a new question.

The App Store Kids Category and the Google Play Families policy ask for it, and we think it's right: children should never buy things or leave the game by accident.

Only on the device. There are no accounts and no cloud saves, so progress does not move between devices. If your device backup is on (iCloud or Google), the progress may be included in it and come back when you restore the whole device.

Yes. Uninstalling removes all game data from the device. The full version is not lost: restore it after reinstalling.

Arena: Settings → RESET (asks a grown-up and needs two confirmations). Kingdom: New game. Starting over keeps the full version.

If a save can't be read (for example after the device ran out of space), Kingdom starts a new game and keeps a copy of the old save. Write to us and we'll try to help.

Arena: Settings. Choose + − × ÷ and the largest answer (10 to 100). The timer is off unless you turn it on. Kingdom: Town Hall → Settings. Choose the operations and the answer range with two sliders. Negative numbers are optional.

English and Polish. The games follow the device language.

No. They work fully offline. The internet is needed only to buy or restore the full version. See our privacy policy for what that involves.
